Week 8 – 2017 Goals Check In!

Thanks for the support! Read the full disclaimer HERE. Happy Wellness Wednesday! I've been working hard on my goals, and here we are at the beginning of March. Let's recap! Physical: During Week 7, I moved my Wednesday lifting to Thursday, and just made it a two-a-day. I’m really liking this, adding a twice-a-week epsom salt soaking baths right afterwards.
I ate really well, again, and made sure to log my food in myfitnesspal (friend me if you want!). I changed my 'activity' level higher, since I'm moving a lot more and it's been easier to have the calories already added in for me versus adding in the workouts every day. I do have the premium version, so I can adjust my daily nutrition goal, based on my workouts and work schedule. This is really working out well, as it also lets me adjust my percentages for those specific days I want to adjust. I need to really work on getting more protein, and I figured out I need an additional scoop of Warrior Blend protein to my twice-a-day smoothies/shakes. I love the Berry mixed with oatmeal, it's like a muffin (to me, I'm weird, though).
Blogging: I am not consistent at this, since I seem to always add/change my schedule with new projects/activities.
Reading: I'm on the second week of reading The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up and will start Resisting Happiness next week. I've linked you to Amazon, but I rented my books from the Library. I highly recommend checking out your local library, it's a great free resource for many things not enough people use.
Beach: We checked out a few new beaches in February, it is always a great time being in nature.
